See you at our next fair on Saturday 29th August 2026

The first Wanstead Vintage Fashion & Brocante Fair for 2014 is 1 March and we have a fabulous line-up of hand selected vintage sellers, who offer only genuine vintage items no later than the 1980s, so you can be sure that as a vintage lover or collector you won’t be disappointed. They have been sourcing from Europe, UK and USA to bring you a covetable collection of vintage treasures – everything you need for your wardrobe and home.

The March fair also offers the first of it’s kind on the vintage circuit – A VINTAGE TREASURE HUNT – with a fantastic prize which you’ll be able to ooh and aah about on the day –  battle plans at the ready!

So here’s a small taster of what you’ll find at the fair.  These gorgeous early Czech brooches are very collectable – I am hankering after one myself. Nicole, who’s also a costumier, sells a lovely selection of vintage jewellery.

If you’re after a collectable vintage designer piece be sure to visit our new stallholder, Alison’s vintage and retro, who will be selling amongst others, Dior, Courreges, Cardin and Hartnell.

Graham is back with his outstanding collection of vintage perfumes, perfume bottles and other related accessories. He often finds rare examples in excellent condition, many with their original packaging. Look at this lovely little card that I saw in one of his early bottles of Joy. I adore the calligraphy.

Mel also specialises in vintage fashion and accessories – she’ll be bringing these lovely suede shoes, 1960s flower dress and bottom right, a 1940s chiffon dress.

We are delighted that Black Sheep Antiques are joining us – a husband and wife team with a longstanding passion for collecting all things vintage. Rob loves unusual and quirky homewares and Marie loves the lady-like glamour of 1950s clothing. They travel across Europe to source all their lovely treasures.

They tell me that this black dress (below left) is particularly special.

“It is a 1940s ball gown made from we believe to be parachute silk. It is lovely quality and has the cutest little pads on the hips to make the skirt pop out more. It even has the IIOII luxury goods ration label in it which is pretty rare”.

Last fair I saw these fab items and you can expect more of the same quality and offerings at the March fair.
